Chili Lime Chicken and Rice Tostadas
A delicious side perfect for every party!
- 1 c cilantro cream (see recipe)
- 1 pk thrive express chili lime chicken and rice
- 12 tortilla chips
- 1⁄2 c thrive red bell peppers, ground into powder
- 12 sprigs cilantro, held in ice water to keep crisp
Make Cilantro Cream recipe on THRIVE Kitchen website and refrigerate. Cook THRIVE Express as package directs (rice will hold for up to 20 minutes). This can be made during or before the party.
